Sad, sweet, and downright blue melodies! Punchy guitars! A bouncy mixed chorus! A sense of speed that makes you want to run out of the room! The Wellingtons' first album in eight years taught me that "power pop" x "classic songs" is supreme. After the two frontmen's major life stage changes, such as childbirth and child-rearing, they have returned to their roots with 12 pop and evergreen songs!
