Description:

Born in Verona in 1988, he began playing the clarinet at the age of nine. In 2009, he graduated with top honors from the E.F. Dal Abaco Conservatory in Verona. He made his debut in 2008 with the Arena di Verona, Verona’s leading orchestra, performing Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto. From 2009 to 2011, he studied under Paolo Bertolamini at the Piacenza Conservatory (Italy). From 2012 to 2016, he studied under Romain Guyot at the Haute École de Musique in Geneva, where he earned his master’s degree. Since 2016, he has studied under Alessandro Carbonare at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. He has won prizes in nearly all of Italy’s major clarinet competitions. One of Bevarali’s specialties is chamber music, and he regularly performs in ensembles with pianist Miyuki Ishii and others. He has also participated in the Sapporo Pacific Music Festival under the baton of Valery Gergiev, Jun Merkel, and Andris Poga. In 2017, he was appointed principal clarinetist of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and resides in Tokyo. In recent years, he has won first prize at the Marco Fiorindo International Clarinet Competition (Turin), the Tokyo Music Competition, and the Audi Mozart Clarinet Competition (Rovereto), as well as first prize, the Audience Prize, and the Hamanaka Prize at the 4th Jacques Lancelot International Competition (Yokosuka). In 2019, he placed third in the Wind Instruments (Woodwind and Brass) category at the Tchaikovsky International Competition and won first prize at the Leoš Janáček International Competition. She began playing the piano at the age of five. She graduated from Kita-Kamakura Girls’ Academy High School. After attending the Tokyo University of the Arts, she graduated from the Ueno Gakuen University Performer’s Course as a full-tuition scholarship student and completed the Graduate School of Music at the same university. She then studied at the Chamber Music Department of the Geneva State Conservatory of Music, graduating with honors in 2016. She has received numerous awards, including the Bronze Prize in the Grade G category at the 25th PTNA Piano Competition, the Bronze Prize in the High School Division at the 2nd Chopin International Piano Competition in Asia, the Encouragement Prize in the Concerto Category C at the 5th Chopin International Piano Competition in Asia, and the Finalist Diploma at the Kiejstut Bacewicz International Chamber Music Competition (Poland). She has performed with the Polish National Krakow Chamber Orchestra, the Ueno Gakuen University Orchestra, the Shonan Chamber Orchestra, the Regenbogen Orchestra, and the Tokyo Multidimensional Symphony Orchestra. She appeared at the Rainbow 21 Suntory Hall Debut Concert in 2005, the Imperial Palace Momoka Hall Imperial Concert in 2008, and the Piano Technicians Association New Artists Concert. In 2016, he was recommended to perform at the LAVAUX CLASSIC Festival in Cully, Switzerland, where he received favorable reviews. In 2018, he performed at the La Folle Journée au Japon regional concert. He is also dedicated to contemporary music; in 2015, he performed works by Wolfgang Rihm and Philippe Manoury in concert in the presence of the composers themselves, earning their praise. Currently, she maintains a wide-ranging performance career as a soloist and accompanist, with a focus on chamber music. She has formed a duo with Alessandro Bevarali, principal clarinetist of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, since their time in Geneva, and they perform concerts throughout Japan. She is also actively involved in educational activities, serving as a judge for competitions and as an instructor at the International Music School in Roppongi. In 2021, she received the PTNA New Teacher Award.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened (i.e., shrink wrap or manufacturer seal must be intact), and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
