A flamenco guitar band from France, they met Claude Martinez, a talented French producer, in 1986 and established their own sound fusing rock, Arabic and African music, etc. In 1988, they released their first album "Gipsy Kings", which became a huge hit and a sensation. From 1987 to 1989, the band had a series of worldwide hits such as "Bamboleo" and "Jobi Joba," and became a major force in the world music scene at the time, changing the course of pop music. He has been described as an existence that changed the trend of pop music, transcending the world music that was the big wave at the time. He is still loved by Japanese fans today, with songs such as "Volare" (Kirin Tanrei Nama) and "Niña Morena" (Shiseido Summer Campaign) appearing in Japanese TV commercials, and "Inspiration" being used as the ending song for the popular TV drama "Onihei Hankacho. Este Mundo Tour" in 1991. This is a live recording of the best songs from the "Este Mundo Tour" of 1991, featuring the band at the height of their popularity.Included are some of their best-known songs and hits, such as "Jobi Joba," "Bamboleo," and "Ben Ben Maria."
