Description:
This is the only album by a mixed Anglo-American band formed in London in 1969, led by Bruce Birdsall (b), formerly of Country Joe & The Fish. The band's laid-back rock sound, which conveyed the vibrations of San Francisco, where the band members' roots are, was unique in the British scene at that time, which produced many bands (Andwella, Heron, etc.) that were inclined toward American country/folk music. Rory Allen, who later became active in Gong and the English jazz scene, played drums. (C)RS
