Italian pianist Stefano Guzzetti's latest work, a piece of music like an indelible light that resembles a prayer, has attracted many people with its warm touch and beautiful melodies reminiscent of Ludovico Einaudi, Henning Schmiedt, Dustin O'Halloran, and others from Sardinia, Italy. Stefano Guzzettoi is a composer and pianist from Sardinia, Italy. The extremely prolific composer's latest work, "Lumen," is a sequel to his masterpiece "Leaf" (released domestically on p*dis), which was released in 2016 and was also a turning point in his career. The album's title is Latin for "small flame," referring primarily to candlelight. Even if it is small, it is figuratively large and broad. The light is perceived as a gesture of faith, perseverance against adversity, pure love, or the essence of life. This work aims to express the different aspects of love: faith, passion, or hate.Like "Leaf," it is a sublime, cinematic work with piano, violin, viola, and cello strings, and subtle electronics that evoke images in the listener's head. The album was mixed by Stefano himself and mastered by his close friend Ian Hawgood. The artwork is by Chris Bigg, who also works with 4AD.
