Jonah Tee and Eric Gronwall. Meloher enthusiasts are well aware of the many accomplishments of these two musicians as members of H.E.A.T. However, Eric suddenly announced that he would be leaving H.E.A.T. in 2020. However, Eric suddenly announced his departure from H.E.A.T. in 2020. His departure came as a shock to fans, as his departure came just after the release of "H.E.A.T. II," the band's most ambitious work to date, and he had contributed so much to the band's growth. The following year, in the spring of 2021, Eric also announced that he was undergoing treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Although his life as an artist was in jeopardy, he patiently continued his treatment, and in the fall of the same year, he announced that he was completely cured, much to the relief of his fans. While it was expected that his activities as an artist would be limited for a while, he suddenly launched the band NEW HORIZON with Yona and announced that they would release their debut album in early 2022. Fans were delighted to hear the music of this golden tag team once again. Yona produced the majority of the songs on the debut album "Gate Of The Gods," and he also played the majority of the instruments.Guests included Dave Dallon (G) of H.E.A.T., Rav Magnusson (G) of DYNAZTY, and Sam Totman (G) of DRAGONFORCE. The majority of the public expected the album to be similar in style to H.E.A.T., but it turned out to be a strong melodic power metal album that defied most expectations, surprising fans, but it was received with great acclaim for its unquestionable perfection. However, fans were in for an even bigger surprise when Eric joined SKID ROW almost simultaneously with the release of their debut album. While the fact that he would be joining the band of his dreams, which had long been a professed influence on him, was a welcome development, it also meant that NEW HORIZON, which had just started up, would be stagnant. In response to this situation, Yona decided to look for a new singer. The second singer he eventually found was Nils Målleen, currently of DYNAZTY and AMARANTHE. It was a natural choice, since he is Swedish and experienced in both bands, just like Jona.The band's initial conception was to have several singers, and Nils was one of them. This latest album with Nils is a pure melodic power metal work that is an extension of the previous album. His vocals are as powerful and elongated as a fish out of water, as if he had been playing with this band for decades, and the result is a work that embodies the desires of power metal fans.
