Revolution Saints, a band led by Dean Castronovo (Vo,Dr), was conceived by Serafino Perugino, President and Head of A&R of Frontiers Records, with the purpose of utilizing his talent as a drummer and his great voice, which he has also performed live with Journey. The super band was conceived by Serafino Perugino, president and head of A&R of the Revolution Saints. Revolution Saints' first three albums, "Revolution Saints," "Light in the Dark," and "Rise," featured Jack Blaze (B) of the Night Ranger and Doug Aldrich (G), formerly of White Snake, as producers. Alessandro Del Vecchio as producer. Dean Castronovo, who returned to Journey in 2021, has been rekindling his energy and inspiration through the production of studio albums and live performances with Journey, He decides to launch Revolution Saints MK-II.So, in April 2023, the band released its fourth album, "Eagle Flight," with new members Joel Hoekstra (G), who is currently active in Whitesnake, and Jeff Pilson (B), who has worked with Dokken and Black Swan. This album, "Against the Winds," is the first album in about a year. This first release in about a year is based on melodies with more hooks than "Eagle Flight" released this year, and focuses on Dean Castronovo's vocals, while also featuring Joel Hoekstra's guitar solos and riffs cultivated in White Snake, Black Swan The songs are melodic and passionate, with an exquisite combination of Joel Hoekstra's guitar solos and riffs, and Jeff Pilson's bass, which supports the backbone of Black Swan. With Alessandro Del Vecchio as producer for this album as well, the album is stronger than ever, and this album is sure to attract melodic rock fans as well.
