Aina Hirose, whose previous first full-length album "17" (released in 2020) was praised by music fans including Lymestar Utamaru, has released her long-awaited second album in four years! Produced entirely by pop maestro Yoshihiko Seki, the album features a splendid lineup of artists including Keiichi Sogabe and Munenoh Matsuo. The next generation of pop standards is born. Singer Aina Hirose (ex. Peachsugar snow, ex. Peachsugar snow, ex. Peachsugar snow) has released her debut solo album "Afternoon Time Schedule" and first full-length album "17," both of which became pop music classics and merkmahls in the 2010s and after with their transparent and deep voices, and performances and songs that embody the word "stylish" upon release. Peachsugar snow, ex. 3776) has completed her long-awaited second album "21," her first in four years. This year, she will turn 21, and a team of splendid artists has gathered to capture her "songs of the present" as she approaches adulthood through repeated encounters and partings. Keiichi Sogabe wrote "Summer Beat," a light and fast rock song, and Munenoh Matsuo (ex. Instant Citron) wrote "Motor Cycle Girl (Cowgirl Song)," a country/neo-acoustic song.That's all folks will provide the 80's idol ballad "Everlasting," while Yasuhiro Hase (Yumetokosme), known for providing songs for Negicco and Momo Asakura, will provide "Goddess and 21st Street Dress Up" and "Her Majesty the Queen Speaks" that are imbued with the early 90's Shibuya vibe. The song was performed at the Shibuya Theater in Shibuya, Tokyo. He also took on the challenge of rapping for the first time with "LA BLUE feat. All 10 songs on the album, including a cover of Tomoyo Harada's "Tengoku ni ichiban ni neiban shima" (The Island Closest to Heaven), are filled with the magic of pop music from the East and West, more so than on the previous two albums. Of course, this album was also fully produced by pop maestro Yoshihiko Seki, who has worked on many of Hirose's albums. The performance by the well-known "Zempukuji BAND" (Ba: Wataru Iga, Dr. Yuko Kitayama, Gt: Toshio Yamanouchi, Pf: Yasuhiro Hase) builds an opulent castle of sound. Hirose's voice, which has retained its transparency but gained even more depth and melancholy, covers the entire work. The bittersweetness of "21-year-old Aina Hirose" reaches its peak on this album, which should become a standard for the next generation.
