The Gods' Goraiko-Z release their double-disc 1st full album, 『KO-GO-NO GORAIKO-Z』. This marks their first album release since new guitarist Tadashi Fujiwara joined in 2021, their first album release excluding singles in seven years, and their first nationwide distribution release in nine years. This album was entirely self-produced by the band, covering recording, mixing, and mastering. While performing an immense number of live shows, they freely recorded and accumulated not only existing songs but also an ever-growing number of new songs and ideas. The result is a 3-year production period, 16 songs (17 tracks), released as a double album. In essence, it encapsulates the band's four years of activity under the new lineup. The soundscape aims to recreate the accelerating explosive power of their performances and the aggressive, improvisational atmosphere of their live shows. Guest musicians include Manami Ogaki (Nikoん), Wada Chikyū (Kuguri), Nakane Panther tacato. (Various Crosses, ex-Gods' Gorai-Kōzu), Puer (kumagusu), and mogura (livehouse nano) – all musicians they've frequently performed with live. (C)RS
