Bruno Weill & Capella Coloniensis! Bruno Weil, who recorded a series of Haydn oratorios with the Tafelmusik in the 90's, is now working on a new Haydn series with the Capella Coloniensis in the 2000's. Founded in 1954 in Cologne, Germany, the Capella Coloniensis was one of the first orchestras to adopt historical performance practices. Capella Coloniensis is known as one of the first orchestras to adopt historical performance practices. The performance of the vocal works in the series is particularly outstanding, and the oratorio "The Four Seasons" is a masterpiece, highlighted by the beautiful singing of the Tölz Boys Choir and the powerful singing of Hanno Müller-Brachmann. The sound quality is also excellent, allowing the audience to enjoy Weill's superb musical direction in clear sound. Tokyo M-Plus
