Description:
With their wild and ferocious heavy sound and powerful melodies delivered by their impressive voices, Sevendust has been at the forefront of the heavy rock scene in the United States for more than 20 years. They have been working to sharpen their sound style, which has never wavered, and have now completed their latest album "BLOOD & STONE", their 13th album after a two-year absence. The band's sound continues to heat up the souls of all heavy music fans...! The band has sold millions of albums worldwide, and is the pride of U.S. alternative metal act Sevendust. With a lineup that has remained unchanged since the band's inception, Sevendust has always been at the forefront of the metal scene, featuring Rajon Witherspoon (vo), John Connally (g), Clint Lowery (g), Vince Hornsby (b), and Morgan Rose (dr).Sevendust has released 12 albums to date, including one acoustic album, and has toured with bands such as AVENGED SEVENFOLD, IRON MAIDEN, KORN, and ALTER BRIDGE. In 2018, they released their first album with Rise Records and their 12th studio album, "ALL I SEE IS IS GONE", which is their first album with Rise Records and their 12th studio album in total. In June 2020, the band released Soundgarden's "The Day I Tried To Live" as a tribute to the late Chris Cornell, and the song's serendipitous sound made a splash. The latest album "BLOOD & STONE", which includes the same song, is now available! Following the release of the previous album, this album was produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette, who is known for his work with Alter Bridge, Slash, and others, and has sharpened the sound of Sevendust, which has "evolved further" with the previous album. In conjunction with information about their latest album, Sevendust has released their latest song, "Blood From A Stone," which is packed with hard-driving riffs by Clint Lowery and John Connally, a bottom that beats to a thunderous beat by Vince Hornsby and Morgan Rose, and vocal work that brings out the best in the overwhelming volume and power of Rajon Witherspoon's voice and expression. The song alone is enough to heighten expectations for the band's latest album, which is packed with vocal work that brings out the best in Rajon Witherspoon, who has a tremendous voice and expressive power. Clint Lowery commented on the song. Blood From A Stone" was inspired by everything we've been through, the triumphs and the defeats, the highs and the lows. We still have so much to offer and so many more words to say. It's a song that brings out all of our thoughts and feelings."
