Thunder, the conscience of British rock born in the UK, continues to play soulful, melodic, hard and dynamic rock, bringing orthodox British rock into the modern age and adding a modern hard rock style to it. Although the band has announced several hiatuses, they continue to be active, and their recent album "RIP IT UP" released in 2017 reached #3 in the UK charts, and they also visited Japan in January 2018 and June 2019, where they thrilled audiences with their unchanged top-class performances. The band's performance is still fresh in our memories. Thunder, the conscience of British rock, started its activities in 1989. This year, the band celebrates its 30th anniversary with the release of "PLEASE REMAIN SEATED," an album of acoustic arrangements of past songs, which has been reborn with a new charm. Following the self-cover collection, the band has now released "THE GREATEST HITS," an album of the best songs from the 12 studio albums they have released to date, selected under the supervision of the band members! This is actually the first time that a best-of album has been released with the members involved in the song selection process, making this a truly memorable best-of album.The songs selected for THE GREATEST HITS are masterpieces that perfectly illustrate how the band has continued to travel, develop, and challenge themselves over the past 30 years, constantly evolving without losing the core elements that make them special. This commemorative best-of album includes 2 CDs of 28 gems of music, a 3-CD set with a bonus disc of a live CD from the January 18, 2019 live session at Planet Rock Studios, and a 3-CD set of the same songs as the 2 CDs, plus a bonus disc of a live CD from the January 18, 2019 live session at Planet Rock Studios. The 3LP set will be released in three formats: a 3CD set with a live CD containing a bonus disc of a live session at Planet Rock Studios on January 18, 2019, and a 3LP set containing the same songs as the 2CD set on three analog discs.
