Description:
German progressive rock and krautrock legends Cluster by Dieter Moebius and Hans-Joachim Roedelius have released two authorized live recordings from the 70's. One was recorded live at the Science Fiction Festival in Metz, France in 1977 (22:43). Two live recordings of Cluster from the 70's are now available: one from 1977 at the Science Fiction Festival in Metz, France (22:43) and the other from 1972 at the Fabrik live house in Hamburg, Germany (21:26) (part of this recording is also included on " ClusterII").Unlike other pioneering artists of their time, the early Cluster did not use synthesizers or sequencers, but rather rudimentary equipment, which gave them strength rather than disadvantage. Here is captured a rough but spontaneous performance that did not rely on machines, but relied only on their own intuition, making even failure a part of their vivid art. This is a piece of experience that provides access to the core of Cluster's creative universe, which will expand greatly in the years to come.
