The duo is composed of the Caribbean virtuoso Marcos Madrigal, who traveled from his native Havana, the capital of Cuba, to Lugano and Como, where he was trained by William Grant Nabore, Andreas Steyer, Dmitry Bashkirov and other greats, and Rafala Desposito, who studied at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome. The duo of Italian pianist Alessandro Stella, who studied with Raffaella Desposito at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome and has been regularly invited as a guest artist to the "Martha Argerich Project" in Lugano since 2008, presents a brilliant world of "four hands in a row"!
