Southpaw Chop's latest mix is a collaboration with Min-Nano Cycling Club, a popular custom bicycle store in Ikenoue, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, to celebrate their new location in Nakano! The mix opens with a progressive drum break from "General," which was released under his own name in 2012, along with the voice of Large Pro. The album opens with the original drum break from Peanut Butter Wolf's "Tale Of Five Cities" and DJ Shadow's classic "Meiso (DJ Shadow Remix)," a classic by the Steve Miller Band used in many hip-hop samples, and a classic by Common's "Reservoir. The original drum break of "Meiso (DJ Shadow Remix)," a classic by DJ Shadow, and the original of Common's "Resurrection (Extra P. Remix)," which has been used in numerous hip-hop samples, are all mixed together in a mix of supreme sampling sources, mainly rock, with expert use of two pieces. The mix also includes two of Dev Large's favorite songs, the original of Buddha Brand's "Welcome To The Illmatic World" and the breakthrough song familiar to B-Boys, a gem that only Southpaw Chop could have achieved.
