Life In The Wires," the first studio album in three years from Frost*=(Frost*), one of the leading contemporary British progressive rock bands. This is the fifth full-length studio album in three years by Frost*, one of the leading contemporary progressive rock bands in the U.K. The album was released on June 6, 2024, after a three-year hiatus. The album was produced between summer 2023 and June 2024, and was the brainchild of frontman and keyboardist Jem Godfrey, as a sequel to their previous album "Day And Age" (2021), featuring guitarist John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites, Original Age ), bassist Nathan King (It Bites, Rebel 42), and returning drummer Craig Blundell (Stephen Wilson, Steve Hackett). A proper progressive band would definitely make a double album, wouldn't they? Don't you agree? We've always had the idea of making one. We thought it over last summer and decided to take the plunge and make it happen.I thought, let's do it," said Jem Godfrey, who has produced Frost*s first two-disc set, the most epic and ambitious yet, with a total of 14 songs and approximately 90 minutes.
