HisNameIsAlive, the darkwave project by Michigan-based musician Warren Defever His first three albums—*Livonia*, *HomeIsInYourHead*, and *MouthByMouth*—which draw on the elegant sound of early 4AD, are set for a long-awaited reissue, remastered! The second album, *Home Is In Your Head*, was recorded in a home studio, with Ivo and John handling the remixes as they did on the previous release. All 23 tracks stir the emotions, with moments of calm violently intersecting with noise and chaos. The album features "Her Eyes Were Huge," highlighted by acoustic guitar and Karin Oliver’s delicate vocals; the synth-driven, sharp "Are We Still Married?"; and an instrumental track used in the 1996 film *Jerry Maguire*. Weaving together archival material (including recordings from their middle school days) with new recordings, this is an album where the band’s creativity truly blossomed.
