The band will release their first work together, "Live at the Roundhouse," a 2CD+DVD, Blu-ray, and 2LP package featuring live footage and soundtracks recorded at London's legendary concert venue, the Roundhouse, in May 2019. Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets, the band's namesake for Pink Floyd's "Mysteries (A Saucerful Of Secrets)" album, focuses on Syd Barrett-era songs from 1967 to 1972, and Pink Floyd's Early Years songs from 1967 to 1972, with a focus on Syd Barrett-era songs. Live at the Roundhouse" captures the essence of Pink Floyd as a band, reviving songs that have rarely been featured since the band's early days, some of which Pink Floyd has never performed live.Nick Mason's Sorcerers of Seacrets is a five-piece band that, along with Pink Floyd's Nick Mason (drums), includes Guy Pratt (bass), who has been with Pink Floyd since the "Depression" tour, Gary Kemp (guitar) of Spandau Ballet, Lee Harris of The Blockheads ( The five-piece group, a strong lineup that includes Guy Pratt (guitar), Dom Beeken (keyboards), who has collaborated with The Orb and Richard Wright, started in 2018 with the simple idea of playing early Pink Floyd songs that hadn't been performed live in decades, namely those before "Madness," and then "we decided to do something different." Why don't we get a rehearsal room and play a few songs and see how we feel?", Nick suggested and we started. A few months later, on May 20, 2018, they played their first show as Nick Mason's Saucerful of Seacrets at Dingwalls, a live house in Camden, London. This was Nick Mason's first live performance since 2005's "Live 8" and his first official performance at a venue of this size since 1967 with Pink Floyd. A UK, North American, and European theater tour was immediately sold out when it was announced in September 2018, with additional dates in the UK in April and May 2019, including two dates at "The Roundhouse" where this album was recorded live.The Roundhouse is also the legendary site where Pink Floyd first performed at The International Times inaugural party on October 15, 1966.
