Beatrice Lana was born in 1993 in Italy to a musical family and began her musical studies at the age of 4. At the age of 9 she performed Bach's F minor concerto as soloist with the orchestra, and at the age of 12 she was awarded a prestigious Italian scholarship in recognition of her very precocious talent. At the Nino Rota Conservatory in Monopoly, under the tutelage of Benedetto Lupo, she received her degree in piano at the age of 16. she won the 2011 Montreal International Competition and many other competitions, and in June 2013, she won the 2nd prize and the audience prize at the Van Cliburn International Competition. This was the definitive recognition for her. She has already performed with orchestras around the world and given recitals in many halls; in 2015, her first debut disc with Warner of "Tchaikovsky: Piano Concerto No. 1 and Prokofiev: Piano Concerto No. 2" conducted by Pappano received high praise worldwide.For this second performance, she dared to choose "Bach: Golberg Variations," which has been performed by many famous pianists, and this shows her ambition. The delicate aria of the theme, vivid, aggressive, lyrical, and small, well-thought-out rhythmic breakdowns should be felt as a cutting-edge performance of "Baroque + modern piano. Warner Music Japan
