Last year they released Theresa EP, which includes the singles "More Than It Hurts You" and "Hello World." This five-song EP is the third in the band's popular "Grandma" EP series and features new recordings of previously unreleased fan favorites. In addition, the Front Bottoms have released two singles, "Lover Boy" and "Voodoo Magic," with Matt Skiba of the Alkaline Trio as guitarist. They are now releasing their first new album in two years. THE FRONT BOTTOMS describe the creation of new songs as a "healing time," and that hasn't changed with their latest release, YOU ARE WHO YOU HANG OUT WITH, as the duo of Brian Serra and Matt Yuitch have made it their top priority to have complete fun. And it was this carefree, laid-back mindset that colored the recording sessions for the album. With the duo's signature anthemic melodies, free-spirited lyrics, and tight musical interplay, the album gives listeners a peek behind the curtain of two friends having a great time.
