Brad Meldreau, one of the most influential pianists in the contemporary jazz piano world, continues to be at the forefront of the jazz scene with two albums that reinterpret the great music of the past with his unique sensibility and interpretation. Brad Meldor is releasing two albums at the same time! This is "APRES FAURE" about Gabriel Fauré, the great French composer who had a great influence on Merdeau. Brad Meldreau, one of the most famous jazz pianists of the new century, has been acclaimed by many artists and musicians across genres. In 2022, he will release a work that expresses musical inspiration from progressive rock, and in 2023, he will release a work that expresses his unique interpretation of The Beatles' music. He has now delivered two wonderful pieces of work.Brad Meldreau will be presenting two albums that unravel the works of the great musical masters with his unique sensibility and interpretation. One is "AFTER BACH II," a sequel to his 2018 release "AFTER BACH," a Bach-themed album that overwhelmed listeners with its incredible worldview, and the other is "APRES FAURE," a collection of works about French composer Gabriel Fauré, who has been a major influence on his work. The other is "APRES FAURE," a collection of works on the theme of Gabriel Fauré, a French composer who has greatly influenced him. In APRES FAURE, Merdeau performs four nocturnes from the 37-year career of French composer Gabriel Fauré, as well as a piano reduction of a passage from the Adagio of the "Piano Quartet in G minor. The work features four original compositions by Merdeau inspired by Fauré, which are grouped together in the middle of the album, with Fauré's music adorning the last two tracks to close the album.
