Theory Of A Deadman

Description:

I see this album as a microcosm of modern society. It reminds us to look at ourselves and realize what is going on around us and who we have become. At the same time, music is always a place where people can take refuge. I hope this album will be a small comfort to the world and a chance to live our lives with respect for each other. Theory of a Deadman is a Canadian rock act consisting of Tyler Connolly (vo, g), Dave Brenner (g), Dean Buck (b), and Joey Dandenault (dr), who have been gaining fans in North America and Europe with their heartbreaking lyrics. They have released six studio albums to date, earning gold and platinum discs, two albums in the Top 10 of the U.S. album charts, and eight songs in the Top 10 of the U.S. mainstream rock charts. The band has also attracted many fans with their gritty rock sound and lyrics that are close to their daily lives.Theory of a Deadman, whose previous album, WAKE UP CALL, released in 2017, shifted away from their previous hard sound to a "rock" sound in a broader sense, creating a modern rock image, but this album further advances the new way of expressing themselves that they showed in that previous album, Theory of a Deadman has shifted its sound to a modern rock image, but this latest album is a further step forward in their new way of expressing themselves, combining brilliant songwriting with an experimental vision, sublimating rock attitude into a clever pop style while telling their own story. This latest release, "Say Nothing," is produced by Martin Terefe, who has worked with Jason Mraz and others. The album is a collaboration between a highly talented pop artist and a band with a solid hard rock sound, and features 10 songs that express the rock sound of the theory in a more pop style, while at the same time sharply cutting into the reality that sometimes makes us want to turn away, and offering a helping hand. The album contains a total of 10 songs that seem to sharply cut into the reality that we sometimes want to turn away from and reach out a helping hand to it. The song "History of Violence," which was released along with the album information, depicts a woman suffering from her husband's domestic violence. Vocalist Tyler commented on the song, "This song is about domestic violence. The song is about a woman trapped in a terrible life of domestic violence. She makes a plan to get back at her husband in order to escape the reality of her life.Eventually she ends up in jail, but it's a much better environment for her than being trapped by that man in the real world. If anyone is suffering from domestic violence, please don't keep your problems to yourself and seek help from a hotline or counseling service."
