Underground music stalwarts sunn O))), the legendary duo of Greg Anderson and Stephen O'Malley, have signed with Sub Pop. They have released "ETERNITY'S PILLARS B/W RAISE THE CHALICE & REVERENTIAL," a 12" featuring three epic tracks that run approximately 30 minutes. Co-produced by Brad Wood (Liz Phair, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Bangles, Ben Lee) Underground music stalwarts sunn O)))) announce their signing to Sub Pop, along with the bass-heavy roar of the band's core members Greg Anderson and Stephen O'Malley. The band will release ETERNITY'S PILLARS B/W RAISE THE CHALICE & REVERENTIAL, a 12-inch containing three epic songs that run approximately 30 minutes.The songs were written and performed by the legendary duo and co-produced by Brad Wood (Liz Phair, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Bangles, Ben Lee). Recording took place at Bear Creek Studios in Woodinville and Sea Grass in Los Angeles in 2025. Cover photography was done by Charles Peterson, a photographer known for his iconic photos of the Seattle music scene and covers of classic albums by Soundgarden and Mudhoney.
