The Crossroads Guitar Festival, held in 2004 at his suggestion, is a historic live concert that brings together the world's most renowned guitarists. The live album of these magical moments has been released on DVD, Blu-ray, and CD, but now, for the first time, it will be released on analog vinyl. The new analog release is "CROSSROADS REVISITED: SELECTIONS," a 3-CD set released in 2016 that includes 40 tracks of the best live performances selected from the past four Crossroads Guitar Festivals. This is the same sound source as "FROM THE CROSSROADS GUITAR FESTIVAL", and all of them are recorded on 6 analog vinyl discs in a gorgeous edition.The 40 songs on this album include not only Eric Clapton, but also Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Carlos Santana, Gary Clark Jr. Billy F. Gibbons, and Jimmy Vaughan. Eric Clapton's wonderful performance includes a cover of George Harrison's "Isn't It A Pity" and an electric version of "Layla," which was included as a secret track on the "CROSSROADS GUITAR FESTIVAL 2004" DVD.
