The Healing World of London's Prestigious School Boy's ChoirThe Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School in London is a Catholic school founded in 1914 in honor of Cardinal Vaughan of Westminster Cathedral. The Schola Cantorum, which belongs to the school, is a boys' choir founded in 1980 and consists of current students aged 11-18. It has become a popular group, not only for religious music, but also for its participation in the "Harry Potter" soundtrack. Naturally, only male voices are used, with the soprano parts being sung by boy sopranos. This album is a perfect example of the group's charm, and is based on the theme of "In Paradise," which is also the title of the final piece of Fauré's "Requiem. Of course, this song is also included, but the innocent sound of the boy soprano is that of an angel.
