Description:
TOP SOUNDS presents a compilation of British psychedelic music from 1967-70, much of it previously unreleased! Opening with a great cover of Pink Floyd's "Astronomy Domine" by Graphite, followed by the acetate "Animal Magic / Lucifer Sam" by Glade Grains, two great psychedelic rock tracks by White Unicorn, pressed on 7" in 1969 in very small quantities, and two great psychedelic rock tracks by London underground scene in 1967 and 1968. The album opens with two great psychedelic rock songs by White Unicorn, a legend in the London underground scene in 1967 and 1968, and their signature hardcore psychedelia by Crystal Ship and Philosopher's Stone, whose material was never released at the time. The Sound of London and Fellowship Stone. Also included are previously unreleased recordings by Sound of London, Phoenix, Zem, and two versions of the classic "Strange Day" by an unknown group. The LP version comes with a 16-page booklet. 500 copies only.
