In the mid-1980s, there was talk of a reunion of ELP, but Carl Palmer decided not to join because he was working with Asia, and Cozy Powell joined as a replacement. The album "Emerson, Lake & Powell" was released, and a North American tour followed. The concert in Lakeland, Florida on October 4, 1986 was recorded and broadcast for promotional purposes. This release is based on the broadcast and includes selected songs from the set list of that day.This live album includes the performance of "Pictures At An Exhibition," one of ELP's most popular songs, which was not included on the official live album, and this is definitely the best part of the album! This is a valuable live archive, as ELP stopped their activities after one album and 47 concerts due to the departure of Kozy Powell!
