Electronic musician yanaco's latest album is now available, and his creative track-making continues to develop an ongoing ambient~electric sound, including a song sampled on Camila Cabello's latest album! The album is based on the concept of "creating a new ambient sound that is not stereotypical, and that embraces ambivalent styles," and is the first attempt by yanaco himself to collaborate with a wide variety of artists. The album features "Lone Star," a new encounter between ambient and jazz with up-and-coming trumpet player Yusuke Sase, who is attracting attention both in Japan and abroad; "Pathos" with contemporary Seattle musician Ran Park, who expresses vast soundscapes with a classical background; and the artwork for the album, which is also his own work. Nagi" with Josefina Tai, a Buenos Aires koto player who weaves a story with visuals and sounds of a world full of originality. The ambient sound of the band is unique and crosses over elements of jazz, contemporary music, classical music, and even club music.TSUTCHIE, trackmaker for the hip-hop unit Shakkazombie, who also produced the soundtrack for the highly acclaimed anime "Samurai Champloo," is on board as mixing/mastering engineer.
