The second installment of the hit Illumination series of "Minions" and "SING/Sing"! New challenges await them when they can't behave at home! The Japanese dubbed version reunites the regular voice cast, including Bananaman and Shiori Sato, as well as new cast members Takeshi Naito (voice of Rooster: Harrison Ford made his first attempt as an anime voice actor in the original English version) and Sari Ito. --Max, a terrier-type dog, and his partner Duke, a large dog, live in Manhattan, NY, where they are loved by their owner Katie. Katie is married and has a son, Liam. Max, who is timid and anxious, loves Liam as if he were his own child, but he is always filled with anxiety. One day, he goes on a family vacation with Katie and her family, and meets Rooster, a majestic farm dog, at a farm on the trip. Meanwhile, in New York, Gidget, a Pomeranian, loses her favorite toy "Mr. Honeybee," which Max had given her while he was away, and she and Chloe, a pouty cat, go on a desperate search.In addition, Snowball, who is loved by the former pet army boss and becomes a domesticated rabbit, is asked by Daisy, a Shih Tzu dog girl, to rescue Foo, a baby white tiger captured by a vicious circus group.
