Japanese Electronica Godmother: COPPE', who participated in Orbital's "Optical Delusion", her first cassette work, also participated in Orbital's latest work, "Optical Delusion", and continues to be active around the world. Coppe', the godmother of Japanese electronica, will be releasing her first cassette, which was very well received at Cassette Week UK in 2024. The Japanese release of the cassette, which was very popular at the Cassette Week UK in 2024 (the first!), is now available! The first is the standard jazz album "(Un-)tweaked." featuring the genius pianist Jacob Kohler, and the second is "(-)tweaked." remixed by Luke Vibert, Plaid, DJ Kensei, and others. Un-)tweaked." was released in 2022 and fulfills a promise made to guitarist and brother Hiro to "make an album of jazz standards with a full band". The genius pianist Jacob Kohler also participates in this album, and you will be enchanted by the deep and rich vocals of Coppe, who has been familiar with jazz since he was a child.The (Un-)tweaked." was a condition for making an electronic remix disc, and in the summer of 2024, "(-)tweaked." was released. The album was released in the summer of 2024, and featured a mix of the legendary Luke Vibert, WARP veteran Plaid, electronic genius Atom TM, electronica legend Nikakoi, Japan's world-class DJ Kensei... and many more. The two albums have been compiled into a single cassette entitled "(Un-)/tweaked.(compiled)"! The artwork is of course by Designer's Republic.
