Young men who passed the superhuman selection test were chosen as members of the agency. Under the supervision of Lieutenant Colonel Yuki, who is as resourceful as a magician, they learn all the skills necessary for espionage and set off for their new posts. The D Agency's philosophy of "Don't die, don't kill" - that suicide and murder are the worst options for spies who aim to keep a low profile - is fiercely opposed by the Army, but the agency members begin to work in the dark around the world.Sakuma from the Imperial Army infiltrates the D Organization to inspect it...
