Paavo Järvi re-recorded Bruckner No. 7 for the first time in 15 years! After 11 years of work with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, Paavo Järvi has returned to Bruckner's Seventh Symphony, which was recorded in November 2006. The timing of the re-recording is not too close, as the Seventh was Parvo's first Bruckner recording in the earlier cycle, recorded in November 2006. Comparing the recording time with the old one, all the movements are faster, especially in the second movement, the difference is almost 1 minute and 30 seconds, but the performance gives a rather romantic impression with clear musical contours. The edition is not specified this time. Although the version is not specified this time, it seems to be based on the Novak version as in the previous release, including the use of percussion instruments in the second movement, but the frequent ritardando at the beginning of the fourth movement gives the impression that the music is performed in a more in-tempo style than in the previous release. In addition to the double-wing arrangement of the violins, which allows the listener to fully enjoy the counterpoint, the Wagner tuba is placed on the right side opposite the horns and in front of the trombone and bass tuba, which improves the affinity of the ensemble and adds depth to the sound.
