Description:
Rare 1973 album by the popular South American garage band Flippers, including a killer Spanish-language cover of Buddy Miles, is reissued by the Spanish discovery label Guerssen. Psychedelic guitar sounds and funky rhythms intertwine with each other as much as possible, sparking a one-of-a-kind sound world that is both danceable and trippy, a monstrous work! The Flippers were a garage rock band based in Bogota, Colombia, South America, from the 1960s to the 1970s, and their two albums released in the 1960s have recently been reissued, attracting the attention of garage fans. This is their third album released in 1973. The original was released on their own label, and the number of copies pressed was very small, so it is very rare to find this album even in the used market. M(1) "Vivamos Siempre Juntos" is a Spanish cover of Buddy Miles' "We Got To Live Together.The groovy rhythm of M(4) "Pronto Viviremos un Mundo Mucho Mejor" and the mysterious effects of M(5) "Ovni" are also great! The psychedelic guitar sound and the danceable rhythm section fall in between rock and funk, creating a unique and penetrating sound world that is completely fresh even after listening to it now! The single M(8) "Mi Parque" from 1970 is included as an additional bonus track.
