In 1990, Lucinda William and other West Coast country-rock artists sang the songs of iconic musicians who had already passed away on the tribute album True Voices. The album, which is currently hard to find, has been re-released with six additional songs! Three of the artists who sang on the original 11 songs on the album, Gene Clark, P.F. Sloan, and Jackie Lomax, all of whom passed away after 1990, are newly covered by Richie Furay, John Yorke, and Percy Sledge, respectively.
