Joel Hoekstra, the guitarist of WHITESNAKE, the greatest hard rock band in existence, has released his latest studio album, the first in two years, by JOEL HOEKSTRA'S 13, the band he started under his own name to maximize his own abilities. The debut album "Dying To Live" and the second album "Running Games" were well received by melodic hard rock fans as albums that fully encapsulated Joel's songwriting ability, melodic sense, and superior technique, which WHITESNAKE had not been able to fully express. The album was well received by melodic hard rock fans. The result was so well received by melodic hard rock fans that Joel began writing songs for the next album at an early stage, in between his other band activities, and this third album was completed in the span of two years. In addition, Joel's passion for creating music has never stopped, and his selection as the new guitarist of REVOLUTION SAINTS and the completion of the new album will be fresh in the minds of his fans. He is truly a musician who is active on all fronts.The band is also backed by top-notch musicians, which is one of the factors that have ensured the quality of this series of works. The members of this album are almost the same as the previous one, Vinny Apis (Ds), Tony Franklin (B), Jeff Scott Thort (Back Vo), Derek Sherinian (Key), but only the lead vocalist, Russell Allen of SYMPHONY X, has been replaced by the up-and-coming young Girish Pradhan (GIRISH AND Girish Pradhan (GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES) has replaced Russell Allen of SYMPHONY X on lead vocals.
