Beth Gibbons, known as the vocalist of Portishead, the pioneer of the Bristol sound that greatly influenced the music scene in the 1990s and 2000s, has released her first solo album "Lives Outgrown" on the Domino label. The album, which took 10 years to complete, was co-produced by Beth and James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, The Last Dinner Party, etc.), and Talk Talk drummer Lee Harris also participated in its production. Lives Outgrown, the most personal work of her career, was the result of, in Beth's words, "a lot of goodbyes. It was a goodbye to family, a goodbye to friends, and a goodbye to my past. The future ahead was different from the view I had previously envisioned. And the past suddenly and sharply questions me.The ten songs included here were born because she is now in the middle of her life. Still, Beth has a new purpose after a decade of change and renewal. In addition to the three albums she has released as Portishead, Beth Gibbons has also released Out Of Season, a collaborative album with Rustin Mann, Henryk Gorecki: Symphony No. 3 (Symphony of Sorrowful In addition to "Out Of Season" and "Henryk Gorecki: Symphony No. 3 (Symphony of Sorrowful Songs)" with contemporary composer Penderecki, he recently participated in Kendrick Lamar's album "Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers". The domestic CD will include a bilingual lyrics and commentary. The domestic CD will also be available in a set with a limited number of T-shirts.
