Description:
Rex Orange County, a new generation pop singer-songwriter from England, has released his latest album "The Alexander Technique" (analog version), which was born after overcoming the pain. Rex Orange County is a new generation of pop singer-songwriter from England, whose solo show at Toyosu PIT in October last year was a great success. The Alexander Technique", his first studio album since "Who Cares?" in 2022, was produced entirely by Rex Orange County himself, with contributions from Teo Halm, who has worked with Rosalia, Siza, and Beyoncé, Jim Reed, a founding member of Rex Orange County's touring band, and the album's lead single, "Look Me", which was produced by Rex Orange County. James Blake, the featured artist and producer of the song "Look Me in the Eyes," which will be included on the album, also participated in the project.The title, "The Alexander Technique," is named after an actual treatment he underwent to address deeper health issues while treating his back pain. During the creation of this work, he continued to try to change his perspective from the composition process, which allowed him to open his mind and compose in the most honest way possible. The resulting songs retain their trademark orchestral richness, while elements of R&B and indie-folk provide a framework for the compositions. The album is a new side of Rex Orange County's career, and marks the beginning of the second chapter of his career.
