Three classical musicians from Germany, Kilian Forster, drummer Tobias Forster, and drummer Tim Hahn, who has played backup for Bocelli and Carreras, have had a fateful encounter with two Cuban percussionists, timbales virtuoso Alexis Estevez and conga player Elis Rodriguez, and have combined their two worlds, classical and Cuban. As the Kratz Brothers & Cuban Percussion, they have released a number of hit albums. In "Beethoven Meets Cuba," their latest release, they have created an innovative and original sound by fusing Cuban rhythms with Beethoven's famous pieces that everyone has heard at least once, such as "Destiny," "Pathetique," "Moonlight," and "For Elise," in time for Beethoven's 250th birthday anniversary in 2020.
