The Horrors, the most popular rock band from XL Recordings, have released their long-awaited fourth album in three years. The Horrors spent 15 months in a studio in East London with co-producer Craig Silvey. The band has always been searching for a new sound with each new album, and their goal with this album was to create a brighter, more positive, and electronic album. They wrote the songs according to their own intuition. The band members said the following about the album: "In terms of songwriting, this is the most satisfying record we've ever made. When you make an album that you are satisfied with, you may feel that you can't write any more good songs, but we never want to release something that we are not satisfied with.It might even take 10 years to make an album.
