The Cure

Description:

A record of the band's frenzy when Cure, with the band back on its feet and its members in their golden years, headlined Glastonbury for the first time! When they first debuted in 1979, Cure had a solid post-punk 8-beat sound, but Robert Smith's gloom gradually changed the band's music to a more gothic sound. However, Robert Smith's gloom gradually changed the band's musicality to a gothic line, and the band began to disintegrate. However, a gradual shift to a pop lineup began to take place, and "The Head on the Door" (1985) brought together the band's members for what would become the band's golden era. The album also recorded the highest sales to date. Unlike many new wave bands, the band was able to overcome difficulties by changing their musicality, because they are a group full of musicianship, and this is probably the reason why the band is still going strong today. The band appeared at Glastonbury, a traditional rock festival in the UK, at a time when they were on such an upswing.Cure appeared as the headliner for the 10th show in 1986 and enthusiastically answered three encores, performing a total of 19 songs, mostly from his latest album, "The Head on the Door. This momentum has spread around the world, and Cure has gained worldwide popularity. The band's playing was very consistent, and one could hear the shimmering soundscape of "Kyoto Song," played more slowly than on the studio recording, and songs reminiscent of the guitar bands of the 1990s that would later have a major influence on rock music of later generations. Unfortunately, only 13 songs seem to remain in the BBC transcriptions that were recorded for broadcast, and we are waiting for the rest of the recordings to be unearthed.
