The first official release of the compilation and mastering of the extremely rare live session recordings of Green Day's four sessions in 1994, 1996, 1998, and 2001 at the BBC's historic Maida Vale Studio, where many legendary sessions have been recorded. The 16 tracks on this album are the first official release. The 16 tracks are all their most popular songs from "Kerplunk," "Dookie," "Insomniac," "Nimrod," and "Warning," respectively. In particular, the first show was held on June 8, 1994, only four months after the release of "Dookie," the classic album of the century. From the tantalizing soundtracks of the four songs played there ("She," "When I Come Around," "Basket Case," and "2000 Light Years"), you can sense the signs of their upcoming worldwide breakthrough.Official English liner notes by Steve Lamacq (legendary host DJ of BBC Radio1) who was present at all sessions.
