The narration is also superb. Peter and the Wolf" and "Introduction to Orchestral Music" can satisfy both children and adults. Britten was one year younger than Yamada. Both works have important narratives, and it is noteworthy that "Peter and the Wolf" is performed by Sato Yoshiko and "Introduction to Orchestral Music for Young People" by Takaoka Keiichiro. Sato Yoshiko (1903-1982) is a famous soprano singer of the past. She was a great soprano in "Carmen," and was even called "Carmen Omi" (Carmen Oumi). Although her mother was French and she lived abroad for a long time, her beautiful old-fashioned Japanese is surprisingly beautiful. Kouichiro Takaoka was a longtime Nippon Broadcasting System announcer and narrator for Fuji Seitesu Concerts, but he was also popular as the first personality of "All Night Nippon," which started in 1967.
