A challenging project album by Polish-Greek flutist Ivona (Iona) Glinka. This is the second in a series of recordings of the complete compositions of laments to Theodore Antoniou (1935-2018), a composer, conductor, and educator who left a significant mark on the Greek musical world, commissioned from 66 contemporary composers in Greece and abroad. Basically written for unaccompanied flute (a few pieces include electronic instruments, etc.), each composer's personality swells in small pieces ranging from 2 to 5 minutes in length.
