The Piano Concerto No. 4 starts out rhythmically with a lively and lively music, and the pianist Frank Duprey, who has a background as a jazz percussionist, plays with great sharpness. The Concerto for Violin, Piano, and String Orchestra is reminiscent of good old American pop music, with songs and swinging violin cantabile adding further charm.
