Special edition with paper jacket and obi commentary, which is well known by All Days Records, for the works released by "ONCE MORE MUSIC", a reissue label from Taiwan! The folky pop debut album by a famous progressive rock band! Genesis got its start as a musical act of five students at Charter House School in Godalming, Surrey, England. Mike Rutherford and Anthony Phillips (guitar) were in the same band, and Peter Gabriel, Tony Banks, and Chris Stewart (drums) were also in another band (Garden Wall), The new band became a new band. They recorded their own demo tapes and successfully gave them to Jonathan King, a singer, songwriter, and producer. King invited them to a demo session at Regent Studios, which resulted in an official signing with Decca Records. This album, which was based on the concept of the Bible ("Genesis" to "Revelation") at King's idea, is very interesting as one of the changes that big bands go through, such as King Crimson releasing "The Cheerful Insanity Of Giles Giles & Fripp" the year before their debut, or the Moody Blues changing from being a beat band with "Days of Future Passed". The Moody Blues made a change of direction with "Days of Future Passed," and this album is interesting as one of the changes that big-name bands go through.
