The second album by the Dutch rock band that has been very popular in Japan! Shocking Blue was formed in 1967 by Robbie van Lieven of The Motions, a band that competed with Golden Earring for the top spot in the Netherlands in the 1960s. The single "Venus" featuring Mariska Feres, the second vocalist of the group, became a worldwide hit, and many cover versions of the song have been released and are still loved by audiences to this day. The group's second album, "At Home," released on the Pink Elephant label in 1969, was the first album after Mariska Feres joined the group.This CD contains the original album songs in the order they were released in the Netherlands, plus 12 additional songs that were released as singles at the time, including "Venus".
