May Forth
Description:
With the official addition of Nagoya's "May Forth" (Ba.), who is a sound and word creator of emotional scenes, the three members have become a complete band after a year's absence. Canta de la Rocha (Gt/Vo) has experienced both hard times and happy times twice as much as anyone else, and it is precisely because of this that he is able to express himself on these eight songs. Released "Germination" from TRUST RECORDS, a work that gently accompanies you in your daily life! May Forth", a 3-piece rock band from Nagoya, Japan, has released a mini album "Germination"! The band has been facing the band "May Forth" head-on for about a year while the Gt/Vo Canta de la Rocha has been working alone after the departure of one of the members. In the midst of all this, members who agree with Canta de la Roccia's thoughts have joined the band, and this album marks the beginning of a new phase of growth. The album begins with "New Country," a song that evokes Canta de la Rocha's determination and will to move forward not alone, but as a three-piece from now on.The song "Natsuiro no Rakuen (Summer Color Paradise)," which sings about a faint relationship between a man and a woman over a melodic beat and takes an approach that has never been done before; "Dorisame ni Kidakarete (Kidnaped by Drizzling Rain)," which is sure to be a live favorite, with plenty of minor chords and riffs that May Forth is known for; "Ryu no Otoshiko (The Dragon's Otoshiko)," which was released for download in November 2023; and "Tsuki no Serenade," which is a compilation of songs from the past. The song "Tsuki no Serenade" is the culmination of the May Forth section, and while it uses a lot of 2 beats, a beautiful moonlit night floats in the air, the mid-tempo "Galactic Railroad Sun Line" seems to be the answer to the theme Canta de la Rocha has sometimes sung, and "Kimi wa sunset no yona yo" sings of a somewhat nostalgic and faint time. It's like the beginning of a new era." and "Next Announcement," which closes the album with a straightforward and aggressive performance of the message May Forth wants to convey. The eight songs can only be expressed by May Forth, who has experienced both hard times and happy times twice as much as anyone else. This is a work that gently accompanies you in your daily life.
