N.Y. is the debut album from Brooklyn-based next generation MC/soul singer Marvelou Mag. She has performed with many well-known artists such as Khadeja (from Wyclef), Skyzoo of Duck Down Records, and Tha Connection, who made her name with her participation in "In Ya Mellow Tone," and her career has been steadily growing. On this album, she gently showcases her sweet, sultry voice and relaxed rhymes over jazzy tracks such as piano and rose. The cool and moody atmosphere of the album, which reminds one of a nighttime book Jazz Bar, envelops the entire album. The album is finished with a cool and moody atmosphere reminiscent of a jazz bar at night.
