This is an unknown hard bop/modal work by Sadiq Hakim (1919-1983), an American pianist who lived in New York in the 1940s during the early days of bop music and later continued his activities in Canada, for RADIO CANADA INTERNATIONAL in Canada. The original version was only distributed in a generic cover to a few interested parties. This is the 12th reissue project of the original cover artwork (front & back), which was never printed and has been in storage for over 40 years. Limited pressing of 250 copies, heavy vinyl, reproduction of the original vinyl label, original unreleased cover artwork, with PVC outer sleeve.
