They are even "unprecedented" for poems in the genre of song, which is often concerned with personal feelings. Nevertheless, composers loved Hugo's poetry, and these excellent songs were created. Wolff, a baritone who masterfully conquered the worlds of both poetry and melody, was born in 1978 in Hope.
